At Finext, we’re always looking for talented consultants who want to make a real impact. Whether your expertise lies in Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Tagetik, OneStream or Oracle EPM, you help organizations in the Nordics turn financial and operational complexity into clarity.

As part of our growing Nordic team, you combine hands-on consulting with entrepreneurship. You’ll work directly with leading companies to improve their planning, reporting, and performance management processes. From advising on design to implementing and adopting modern EPM solutions, you make sure everything runs smoothly and delivers value.

What makes this role special? You’ll join a small, international team that’s building Finext’s presence in Scandinavia. This means plenty of room for autonomy, innovation, and your own ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from the Head Office in the Netherlands and share knowledge openly and help shape the Finext culture locally: built on trust, ownership, and teamwork.

Concretely, this means you:

  • Work hands-on with tools such as Anaplan, Board, Tagetik, OneStream or Oracle EPM.

  • Translate business needs into clear solution designs and roadmaps.

  • Guide clients from concept to implementation and adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of consultants and solution experts.

  • Contribute to developing Finext’s Nordic footprint through knowledge sharing, business development, and community building.

You are a consultant who values freedom, trust, and collaboration; just like we do. You’re curious, analytical, and motivated to help organizations work smarter through technology. Whether you’re experienced in one of our EPM platforms or ready to specialize, you enjoy taking ownership and growing together with your team.

You bring:

  • Experience or strong interest in EPM technologies such as Anaplan, Board, Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle or Pigment

  • The ability to connect business, finance, and technology.

  • An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic language is a must.

  • Enjoy working independently while being part of an international team.
