Lead Consultant EPM (Nordics)

This role challenges you to

As a Lead Consultant at Finext, you play a key role in shaping our presence in the Nordics. You are the trusted sparring partner for our clients and take final responsibility for the successful delivery of projects; ensuring quality, timing, and budget are all on track.

You combine deep content knowledge with leadership and entrepreneurship. Together with the Country Manager, you help build Finext’s footprint in Scandinavia: Developing client relationships, supporting business growth, and laying the foundation for a strong local team.

In your projects, you guide organizations through their digital transformation. From defining requirements and designing solutions to implementation and adoption, you oversee the entire process. You ensure that every project not only meets expectations but creates lasting impact for our clients. You will have back-up by a large team of Finext Professionals from the Head-office in the Netherlands.

Concretely, this means you:

• Act as the main substantive point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

• Take final responsibility for the quality and design of the application architecture or process implementation.

• Gather, challenge, and define requirements, translating them into supported designs and clear roadmaps.

• Provide input for project proposals and quotations.

• Monitor progress, signal deviations, and take corrective action when needed.

• Identify opportunities for new or adjacent use cases and help clients move forward.

• Select and guide the project team, ensuring efficient collaboration and strong results.

• Act as a mentor and coach for consultants, developing their expertise and consulting skills.

• Spar with colleagues and senior peers on complex challenges and continuously expand your domain knowledge.

• Contribute to commercial growth in the Nordics by supporting sales, marketing, and recruitment initiatives.

You are an experienced consultant with a proven track record in delivering projects and guiding clients. You combine strong consultancy skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and feel at home in an international context. Clients trust you for your expertise and clarity, and colleagues value your leadership and coaching style.

You bring:

• Several years of experience as a consultant or lead consultant in a relevant domain.

• Experience in project management and client delivery.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and the drive to build something new.

• Affinity with coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic language is a must.

• Willingness to travel within the Nordics (and Europe).

• Pre if you live within traveling distance of the Finext Nordics office in central Stockholm

• Pre if you have experience with Anaplan, Board, OneStream, Vena, SAP , Tagetik, Oracle, or Pigment
