This role challenges you to

Getting the client and our opinionated professionals to work optimally together to ensure the results we have promised our clients. You work for clients, often CFOs and other C-level stakeholders, of larger organizations in the Netherlands, who regularly struggle with complex change issues. Topics such as digital transformation and digital finance often come up. We turn those big words into concrete results by organizing the finance function smarter in a pragmatic and realistic way.

At Finext, you'll work with a mix of smart techies, financial specialists and experienced business consultants. You bring structure, monitor results and provide the energy needed to successfully complete complex projects. You know exactly when to take action, cut the Gordian knot or start a dialogue to get everyone on board.

The projects we do require experience. You know that success depends on making timely decisions, involving stakeholders and managing expectations clearly. You use common methodologies, deploy the right tools and understand the dynamics of the financial field. Systems, data and information management are familiar themes for you. You are confident in complex change projects with multidisciplinary teams and feel comfortable in discussions at every level, from operational to C-level.

This is what you got

• Decision-making skills and ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Experience in balancing interests between client and project team, with clear communication at all levels - including C-level.

• Proactive look ahead in projects to identify and prevent obstacles in a timely manner.

• Fluent Dutch and English, so you can interact effectively with all our clients and colleagues.

• Financial or business education at the college or university level, with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager.

• Commercial strength and entrepreneurial mentality: you see no barriers, only opportunities.

• Flexibility to travel throughout the country and adjust your schedule as the project demands.

We offer you

• A total remuneration between €92,000 and €107,000, consisting of annual salary, variable component, mobility allowance and 8% vacation pay.
